RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

We provide research and development solutions related to human resource management. We have provided our R & D services to various reputed organizations. Research Designs and Standard Organization (RDSO) (Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India), Reliance, Tex Corp Ltd. and a number of other private organizations. Working with RDSO, we have developed a personality test for selection of Railway staff. We are currently working on a project of Job Analysis for Motor Men with RDSO.
