IDAC has counted its steps of growth. Since its inception in 2005, IDAC has always added milestones in its way to success, year after year.

2016

  1. Association with Sports Authority of India, Sports Authority of Telangana and Sports Authority of Telanagana:
  2. We got associated with premium sports organizations of India and our Psychometric Assessment Tool- VTS is being used by these organizations.

  3. Road Safety Education and Awareness Programme in the state of Rajasthan for Public Works Department, Govt. of Rajasthan:
  4. We are presently working on a World Bank funded project for Public Works Department, Government of Rajasthan. This project is an ongoing project and will end in December 2018. This project is focused on Road safety Education and Awareness Programme, in which we will be covering approx. 1850 Gram Panchayats and 52 Panchayat Samitis of Jaipur.

    The aim is to understand the major reasons of accidents in the state of Rajasthan and reduce the mortality rate by creating awareness and education the general public.

    • Conduction of PIS (Problem Identification Survey) & Submission of Problem Identification Survey Report
    • Analysis of Survey Reports
    • Preparation ad Conduction of Campaign Implementation Plan which includes media campaigning as well
    • Conduction of Model Awareness programme which includes Road Safety Training, First Aid Training and Awareness Programmes for the Bus & Truck Drivers, General Public, School students and teachers.
    • Model Awareness Programme will be conducted for the following groups:
      • for the general public
      • for the group of volunteers
      • for the bus/truck drivers
      • for the school students & teachers
    • Preparation and Submission of various reports such as Monthly Progress Report, Quarterly Report, Quarterly Report, Feedback & Evaluation Report
    • Conducting post survey to evaluate the results of the training and awareness programme and implement it as model awareness programme to create the sustainability

    We are designing and using many tools for the Rajasthan Project for e.g. Survey Questionnaires, Observations Schedules, Posters, Leaflets, Posters, Slogans, Radio Shows, TV Shows, Documentary Films, Puppet/theatre shows, Road Shows, Give-aways, Handouts, and Manuals etc.

  5. Association with South Western Railway: We got associated with South Western Railway and did the Safety based Assessment and Training Programme for their Loco pilots

2015

  1. Driver’s Assessment Programme for Mahindra’s Transport Excellence Programme:
  2. In 2015, for Mahindra’s Transport Excellence Award, we conducted the driver’s assessment programme to select the winner for the best driver category. This programme was conducted in 8 different states of India and 9 locations were covered. Approx. 1900 heavy commercial drivers were assessed during this programme.

    On every location a driver went through the following five stages:

    • Each Medical check-ups
    • Eye testing
    • Traffic rules test
    • Psychomotor Testing
    • Psychometric Testing

    We selected the best drivers after analyzing their score on traffic rule test, psychomotor test and psychometric test. Finally list of best drivers were handed over to Mahindra

    • Initial short listing of drivers on the basis of scores of Traffic Rule Test
    • Psychomotor and psychometric test was conducted on shortlisted drivers
    • Scoring and ranking of drivers who have undergone psychomotor and psychometric test was completed, and analysis of psychomotor and psychometric tests results was done and then the best drivers were selected

    In the psychomotor testing, we assessed their eye-hand - feet coordination, reaction time and stress tolerance behavior. And in the psycho metric testing we assessed their personality characteristics.

  3. Association with Gautam Buddha University, Thapar University, Sri Hari Singh Gour University :
  4. We got associated with premium universities of India and our Psychometric Assessment Tool- VTS and Biofeedback is being used by these organizations.

  5. Association with Western Railway: We got associated with Western Railway and did the Safety based Assessment and Training Programme for 140 Loco pilots

2014

In June 2014, IDAC has bagged a project from Delhi University to setup CogniPlus for the Research and Development unit of their Psychology Department. CogniPlus is a computer based cognitive training programme which assesses and trained different area of cognitive function.

In May 2014, IDAC has empanelled by India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) for imparting Skill Up gradation training programme 3rd year in a row.

In March 2014, IDAC has bagged a project from CBSE Second year consecutively in a row for conduction of In-Service training programme for teachers across India.

2013

In May 2013, IDAC has empanelled by India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) for imparting Skill Up gradation training programme 2nd year in a row.

In May 2013, IDAC has conducted Behavioral and Soft Skills training programme for staff of Chhattisgarh Bhawan.

In January 2013, IDAC has bagged a project from CBSE Second for conduction of In-Service training programme for teachers across India.

In January 2013, IDAC has conducted psychometric assessment for recruitment of train drivers’ of Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation (JMRC)

2012

In March-April 2012, In association with Cholamandalam MS Risk Services, IDAC has successfully completed the Psychological Assessment & Counseling through VTS (Vienna Test System) for drivers of Maruti Udyog Limited, India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India. In this project IDAC has conducted assessment for 230 drivers based on 4 parameters including Determination Test, Visual Pursuit Test, Movement Detection Test, and Time/Movement Anticipation Test

In April 2012, IDAC has bagged a project from IIT Kanpur to setup VTS (Vienna Test System) for the Research and Development unit of their HSS (Humanities and public sciences) department. Vienna test system is a computer based psychometric system which assesses different area of Neuro, Traffic, sports, aviation and HR

In May 2012, IDAC has conducted Pilot testing and counseling programme for the drivers of Shell India in association with Cholamandalam MS Risk Services

In June 2012, IDAC has partnered with Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) to setup Vienna Test System into their laboratory for research work and their scientific studies

In July 2012, IDAC has empanelled by India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) for imparting Skill Up gradation training programme

In September 2012, IDAC has partnered with My Health Planet to setup Vienna Test System (VTS), CogniPlus, and Biofeedback system for assessment and Training purpose

2011

In 2011, IDAC has conducted training programme for elected representative of Panchayti Raj under BRGF Scheme in the state of Uttar Pradesh

2010

In Oct – Nov 2010, IDAC signed an exclusive work-order for “Job Analysis of Motormen of Indian Railways” with Research Designs & Standards Organization (RDSO), Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India for the development of tools, data collection and statistical analysis of the project.

In Oct 2010, IDAC assessed 500 students Unity College, Lucknow and conducted a Career Management Program for the same.

In Sep 2010, IDAC conducted one day training session on “Leadership and Team work” at Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Nangli Puna, Delhi. The participants were students from the various Bachelors level courses.

In Aug –Sep 2010, IDAC has conducted an exclusive Drivers’ Training Program for the prestigious CWG 2010 in association with Tata Motors Ltd., official vehicle sponsor for CWG 2010. The training process inculcated Classroom and Route Familiarization training, imparted to around 3000 cab drivers at Delhi, Gurgaon and Jaipur.

In May 2010, IDAC conducted an assessment program for around 100 students of 11th standard at Colonel’s Central Academy, Gurgaon.

2009

In May 2009, IDAC Conducted Developmental Assessment on the students of St. John's Boys Home, Khera Khurd, Delhi.

In May 2009, IDAC conducted Developmental Assessment on 95 Students of Colonel’s Central Academy, Gurgaon (Haryana)

In February 2009, IDAC imparted training to sales team of ‘Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad’

2008

In March and May, IDAC conducted 6 days training program for the employees of Rainbow Telecom, the then Rajasthan based telecom company (Shyam Telelinks Ltd. now MTS) and contributed to their professional and personal growth.

In February, IDAC conducted training in ‘The Reliance Communications Ltd.’ in its three circles viz. Rajasthan, UP and UP west circles. Total 1718 employees of this organization attended the training program and availed the benefits in their personal and professional development.

2007

In June 2007, IDAC initiated the project “Discover yourself” in Delhi University under which 1400 students were assessed and counseled. It guided them to opt for appropriate subjects, streams and colleges.

2006

In September 2006, IDAC conducted three days workshop for 1000 teachers of Education Department of Bhilai Steel Plant under School Development Program” in Bhilai.

Under a special Govt. project, IDAC assessed 2061 students in the territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands in August 2006 Counseling and intervention programs were also provided.
